What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and Stripe are the only payment methods that we, Notorious Tools, currently accept. For more information regarding PayPal click here. For more information regarding Stripe click here.
What currencies do you accept?
Australian dollar (AUD) is the only currency that we accept.

How long will it be before I get my goods?
Orders are typically shipped via Aramex, Australia Post, Couriers Please, or occasionally through Sendle. There can be changes to this with or without notice.
All orders, except for dangerous goods, are sent with Authority to leave. Depending on where you are located will depend on how long the goods will take.
Australian customer deliveries typically take between 3 to 8 business days once they have been dispatched. Once the items have been shipped, the time frames are outside of our control. Some orders arrive sooner, some might take longer due to unexpected reasons/delays.
Depending on the items within an order, occasionally, it may be split up into a number of deliveries. All tracking details will be provided.

Can I return an order?
We currently only accept returns if a product is deemed faulty or has been sent out wrong.

What happens to my personal information?
All personal and billing information is and will be kept confidential from any thrid party (excluding freight companies for the purpose of getting your items delivered to you). Notorious Tools will only use this information for its fit purpose.
