Common applications include; plumbing and straightening walls at frame stage, bracing timber posts, assisting to square up subfloors and pulling in damaged fences when needing to replace a post.
I recommend placing a chisel, flat pry bar or screwdriver between the turnbuckle as a handle. This makes it slightly easier to adjust.
Please note that these Adjustable Brace Heads are mostly galvanised. However, we advise being cautious when using them over any finished surface. For example; Polished, Burnished or Garage concrete slabs.
The turn buckle threads are not galvanised. This presents a chance of rust. Rust may also become present if the galvanised coating wears away from the steel plates due to general wear and tear. By purchasing the Adjustable Frame Brace Heads, you understand and agree that Notorious Tools are not liable for any potential rust stains on surfaces and or the costs that may be incurred if required to fix said issue.
