Shipping policy

Notorious Tools does it's best to dispatch all orders ASAP. Being a small business, currently 1 person, sometimes there may be unforeseen delays of up to a couple of days before your order is dispatched.

If there are reasons outside of our control for further delays, communication will be made with updates.

Once an order has been dispatched the shipping times may vary by state and or metro/rural locations.

The courier companies that Notorious Tool's typically uses include;
- StarTrack
- Australia Post
- Aramex

Once an order has been picked up by the respective courier company, Notorious Tool's has no control over the lead time, including - but not limited to, changes of the estimated time of arrival.

$15 Standard Delivery - Authority to leave at front door. This freight option includes most of our range, however, has some exclusions; Pro Clima Membranes, Dangerous Goods (with some exclusions), oversize or bulky items and select delivery locations which will be determined on an order basis (individual email or phone communication will be made if your order is excluded).

$20 Signature Required Delivery. This freight option includes most of our range, however, has some exclusions; Pro Clima Membranes, Dangerous Goods (with some exclusions), oversize or bulky items and select delivery locations which will be determined on an order basis (individual email or phone communication will be made if your order is excluded).
